Colorado State Software not loading

I highly recommend this program for some one in my situation: retired on a fixed income.
What's great about it: Uses previous years basic info to minimize data entry.
What's not so great: Not clear if a person needs to get a Federal filing ID each year.

SIX YEARS OF TURBOTAX --FIRST PROBLEM

ON THE CHARITABLE DEDUCTIONS I COULD SELECT THE CHARITY BUT CLICKING THE TYPE OF DEDUCTION DID NO GOOD. THE PAGE TO ENTER THE AMOUNT WOULD NOT APPEAR. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME THIS YEAR BUT I THINK A FIX IS IN ORDER SINCE I DID NOT GET ANY ANSWERS ON THE COMMUNITY QUERY. #2 I COULD NOT UNCHECK THE BOX RE: THE PROPERTY TAX BILL ON THE MINNESOTA PROPERTY TAX REFUND FORM. I DO NOT YET HAVE THE BILL FOR TAX TO BE PAID IN 2013 SO CAN'T FILE YET. NO BIG DEAL , I'LL BE BACK NEXT YEAR GOD WILLING.
What's great about it: GENERAL EASE OF USE AND UNDERSTANDING.
What's not so great: UNTIL ISUES BELOW I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

Fast and easy with a few bumps

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years. Each year it gets a little bit better. This year is no exception. The navigation is even easier this year, and the forms view is easier to use and more informative. Everything is explained in easy to understand terms.
My only issues were: I couldn't get rid of Schedule C, which was imported from my previous year's return for a company that I dissolved; and when I downloaded my state return, TT went into a loop that just kept doing the download prompts over and over. These were solved by: accessing the excellent support chat feature, where I was guided through removing Schedule C; and restarting the program, which fixed the state download "loop".
Once again, Intuit has produced a winner.

Turbo Tax is SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Turbo Tax is a good program but they need to do something about the slowness entering the information and going thru each step. It took me 45 minutes to enter 1 W2 form. That is ridiculous
What's great about it: It does a good job of doing your taxes
What's not so great: It is SUPER SUPER SLOWWWWWWWWWWWW

I have used Turbo Tax a number of years and I have found it to be easy to read, simple to navigate and it has always gotten me my refund quickly. It is the only way to process your taxes timely and efficiently!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is the only way to go.
