TurboTax Deluxe guided me through all the muck

Thorough and accurate. Got the job done and allowed for form review along the way.
The Guided method is tedious, thorough for newbees, but many steps can be skipped for the majority of returning users.
Some of the deduction entries were done in the blind. The threshold of each category should to be stated up front. This would have prevented needless record collection and entry that weren't of use.
The Federal 1040 Estimated taxes worksheet form just used 2012's data as its prediction for 1213. It didn't allow for any changes in income or any changes in W-2 witholding amounts.
What's great about it: Simplified a complex year's tax report
What's not so great: Blind entry in some spots, not sure the data was needed or used.

ERROR REVIEW ENABLED ME TO GO BACK AND CHECK AND FIX ERRORS THAT I FOUND. AFTER SEVERAL REVIEWS I FINALLY GOT IT. THE PROBLEM WAS ME AND I JUST CONTINUED TO FOLLOW THE HELP AND DIRECTIONS AND FOUND THE ERROR OF MY WAYS...THANKS

I love it. I used another store tax service in the past and found that they did the same basic things as TurboTax, but then turned around and charged me line by line for every number they typed in the boxes. That was a big rip-off! TurboTax is accurate and affordable. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Great for family use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and before that I was doing my taxes by hand. I love the ease of use and the friendly guiding manner in which it works. Thanks for your efforts.

Good enough

Fast enough, couldn't get it to find related information in my Quicken 2013 - probably a Quicken update issue (ever notice how every time there is a version upgrade in Quicken many customizations get discarded?) I'm a longtime user of both.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Tries too hard to sell me more products (that I purposefully didn't buy)
