Thlast changes were incomprehensible and made the return reflect incorrect information NOT stated on my K-1

Getting Worse!

I have use TT since 1992 and it has gotten harder to use. The "question and answer" mode seems to be ever increasing more difficult. I'm not sure I will use TT next year.
This year some how my line 17 number and my sched e number were NOT the same. As a result, my return was rejected. Why didn't error check catch this? Error check did say that I left out Info from my W2 and required me to correct this but I have NO w2's. I have no wages.
The Family Life section is poor. It needs more choices.

I've been using TurboTax for nearly 10 years and I defy ANY of the commercial preparers to do any better than the features of TurboTax provide.
What's great about it: Easy to use and just as importantly, easy to skip items you don't need
What's not so great: Had to update manually

Fairly easy

Had state return rejected. Tax professional walked me through the process to fix and efile corrections. Very supportive.
What's great about it: Support when I needed it; cheaper than using an accountant
What's not so great: A little difficult to understand in places
