Liked previous years version better

FOund the program difficult to work. Navigation through different areas was harder and found some areas that lacked needed details
What's not so great: Did not get into as much detail and harder to navigate then previous years

Excellent Help

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years now, and it keeps getting better. The free state e-file is a great bonus, and made my whole experience much better.
I love that you can select only those topics you have to enter information for rather than go through all the topics. The processing time is faster this year which was also great.
One thing that was a bit puzzling is that the e-file program did not recognize my zip code or state and that had to be re-entered twice. It didn't accept my 5-digit zip, only the five digit and the additional four digits.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, great help feature. Liked that you can select only which topics you want, or go the full route.
What's not so great: Can only delete charitable organizations from last year if I didn't make a donation this year, no "Save for Next Year".
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still using after all these years

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years. It is simple to use. I use the interview process to begin with and then I go back and explore on my own. The automated computer connection to my financial institutions was amazing. They have definitely improved it. I recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and clients.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: The charge for e-filing state taxes is excessive!

SECOND REVIEW AFTER IRS REJECTION

I had to file 3 times after 2 rejections from IRS, seems that the error was not the EIN per se as indicated by Turbo, but the Account number on the 1099-Rs, which not included in the step by step but was transferred by Turbo from previous taxes. My husband died in 2011 and the account number transferred by Turbo was his info. I never had a reason to doubt Turbo's transfers before, but it took several hours and 2 re-filings of the information to find the error. First time I have ever had a problem with this program, been using it for over 10 years and love it.
What's great about it: HAVE ALWAYS LOVED TURBO
What's not so great: NOT GOOD ON IDENTIFYING REJECTION ERRORS

Turbo Tax is very easy to follow. I have been using Turbo Tax Since 1996.

Turbo tax is a wonderful program, there should be some other way to store you tax information if your computer crashes
What's great about it: I liked the fact that your last years info was easily transferred
What's not so great: Stocks, extra charges

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have always been happy with ease of use. I like all the help links so can read the government publications if necessary. I like that it checks for errors and missed areas and compares to last year's filing so I can see if I missed anything.
What's great about it: takes last year's info and imports quickly
What's not so great: hsa section is a little confusin

I am always impressed how Turbotax can make doing my taxes a positive experience. I would suggest a way of having a toggle for more descriptive headers/sub-headers without going all the way in to see what it is covering.
Everything is always so easy and extremely helpful in determining what may apply and what doesn't. I have only tried a competitor once and it taught me how great Turbotax is.
