Happy Tax Paying Citizen

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I am not an accountant or CPA, but using TurboTax has been the Best Annual Investment that I have ever made for many years. I would highly recommend TurboTax to anyone. Very user friendly and most of all, the software does all of the major work for you. All you need to do is to provide the information that it ask for, and it does the rest for you. Almost as if it is "Plug and Play"...

What's great about it: All Good!!!
What's not so great: Deluxe Edition should have live help too. It would be nice to get an experts advice...

Getting Spoiled using TurboTax!

This is my 6th or 7th year of using TurboTax and the program only seems to get better every year. I am a partner in a small buisiness, a farmer and also work in a small machine shop. The TurboTax program has been more helpful to me than my nephew (free advise) that is a CPA and tax consultant. I have also used TaxAct and HRBlock tax software, but neither one was as easy to use as TurboTax. Thank You! and please keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and file!
What's not so great: No complaints.

Quick and easy

This year, just like every other year, Turbo Tax walked me through my taxes. It shows me last years amounts and holds my hand through entering this years. Thanks again.
What's great about it: excellent explanations and examples of deductions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Works well with step by step instructions guiding you through the tax forms
What's not so great: When printing my return continued printing foreign language copies of my return.

NOT HAPPY

Federal was fairly easy, but every time I tried to finish up with the MA. State Forms it would not transfer the correct amount of Pensions, and Income. I tried many times to go over it, back to federal checking everything many, many times. I ended up going on the MA. State free site in order to get the State Tax filed. I used TurboTax last year with no problems. I googled TurboTax and found out many people had problems when doing there state forms in MA. Needles to say I was not happy with it this year at all...
What's great about it: Federal was fairly good. I give it four Stars
What's not so great: When moving on to MA. State not GOOD...

Nailed My Tax Refund!!

I used to complete my taxes manually. But ever since I discovered Turbo Tax, I love using it to complete my income taxes. The software is easy to download and my taxes are easy to complete. I've used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years! LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE it!
What's great about it: The questions are easy to read and answer.
What's not so great: None

Overall the experience is good. Thank you, Turbo tax. I have been using Turbo tax for many years and will continue for years to come.
What's great about it: easy to use and fast filing
What's not so great: getting more expensive now
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
