Printing forms

I am having trouble printing out forms on my HP Deskjet F4240. what do I do? I am using Turbo Tax federal & State returns polus Federal E file Deluse. Ihav e used your tirbo Tax for five years and never hd any trouble. HELPO

One problem

Overall I am very pleased with TurboTax but there is one area where I am frustrated. I always want to apply part or all of a refund to next year's taxes, but how to do this is very unclear. It does not come up until the filing stage, although i expect it earlier. The federal return is relatively straightforward in this regard, but the return for New York State does not seem to offer this option (although it is part of the NYS form) and I could not figure out how to set it up through TurboTax. I would very much appreciate an improvement in this area.
What's great about it: Generally easy
What's not so great: Hard to return to a completed section, especially in the state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax for tax year 2012

I've used Turbo Tax for years and find it a great package. When I went to help my Mom with her taxes last year she had been convinced to buy a competitors product. I found it awkward to use. My Mom has gone back to using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very thorough set of questions, easy to go back and make updates as new forms came in.
What's not so great: My daughter used Turbotax for the first time, found it a little confusing as a newbie.

Easy to file taxes!

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and find it an easy and affordable way to file our income taxes. We are a family of 6. 2 in College and for the most part I can find the answers to my questions within the program, rarely needing further clarification.
What's great about it: helpful hints and advice as you go!
What's not so great: one or two items need further clarification for the layman

PRINTING RETURN

I don't understand how intuit can be so adept at transferring,downloading, calulating, data, but at the end doesn't seem to be able to print the returns!!!!!!!!!!!
