HOme office DEDUCTIONS could be more seamless.
Also, trying to file there was an error with the filing date and suffix which couldn't be fixed easily.
What's great about it: Generally easy
What's not so great: Home office topics not as seamless

Turbo Tax is easy to use and self explanatory. It does the math and self checks the results. I can do the taxes for the kids and E-file the different returns for the family.
What's great about it: Saves me a lot of typing and time
What's not so great: updates and loading takes longer than expeced.

Making a bad system better....

In a sensible Tax system we'd simply receive a "tax statement" from government that we could choose to dispute or not as we wished.
We do not have a sensible or painless tax system.
Turbotax reduces the pain to an acceptable level by navigating the hairball of US taxes in a simple and easy to understand fashion using a step by step process...
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Some excessive hoops to jump through
