I have used TurboTax for a few years, and it was a joy and it was easier to complete this year than last?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used TurboTax for years and have found it to be easy and thorough. Have complete confidence that my Fed and State taxes are correct and result in maximum refunds or minimum payments. eFile for Federal return is simple and notification is quick.
What's great about it: Simplicity of EasyGuide and free Federal eFile.
What's not so great: Have to pay to eFile State Return (MA).

Great product! I have used TurboTax from it's beginning with the exception of 3 years. I tried another product 1 year and returned the next. I worked for a Tax Prep servicer for 2 years. I plan to use this product the rest of my life.

Nice and quick!

Some annotation is a little bit confusing to new customers, such as 1040A and 1040SA while determining the standard deduction or the itemized deduction. I don't have these concepts before. Add one more sentence at the beginning should be much clearer.

TurboTax Should Run the IRS

What can I say? I have always done my own taxes (46 years) and ever since TurboTax has been around, I have bought and used them.
Never a problem and always confident I received all of the proper deductions. Never audited (never afraid of an audit),
Over the years I have learned so much about taxes from my TurboTax filings people seek me out for tax advice.
I do not believe any accountant can save me more money that the extra hours it would take working with them.
Great job Intuit. I am a fan of many of your applications.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, & complete, if you cannot use TurboTAX, you are not smart enough to have earned any money.
What's not so great: If I had 1 con it would not be 5 stars!

Made doing taxes easy

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out and it has been a pretty reliable and easier way to do my taxes. I am a joint filer and use the long form to itemize my deductions with TurboTax Deluxe.
What's great about it: reviews items that I might have otherwise missed
What's not so great: It's deductable changed with no instructions, had to find them on the internet

Tax workout

It can be difficult to find the data entry point for an error on the tax form. Te way forward to the construction of a return is very good. It is difficult to find your way from an error to the entry line where the correction needs to be made.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data.
What's not so great: Entries for corrections can be difficult.
