My 1st Time

I did not get upset using TurboTax.. Each time I closed the program it was easy to continue. And I could skip around when I found new information for the return.
What's great about it: My first time using TurboTax and found it to be very user friendly.

My biggest complaint is that it would not let me print a copy for my records. Program would only let me save to a pdf file.
What's great about it: import info makes it faster

FINAL EXPERIENCE

Had a few minor problems while using the software. While inputing info was not sure how to return to a previously completed form. I actually finished my return 10 days ago, but did not complete the final steps until my Wife noticed we nerver received a email from the IRS. This was Human error on my part, but maybe a blinking message should occur near the final steps of filing.
What's great about it: DO IT YOURSELF

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1996 to do my own taxes and have never had a problem. I even survived an audit at which they were impressed with how organized everything was. I will continue to use Turbo Tax until I forget how to use my computer! I actually look forward to doing my taxes because it's so hassle free.
What's great about it: easy to use, provides good reports for records, accurate, convenient, the quickest way to get a refund
What's not so great: can't think of any cons
Pros: I bought or sold investments
