So Easy To Use!

TurboTax is so easy to use! All you do is plug in the information and it does the rest. Print it out and mail it or eFile and You Are Done! Yay!

I like Turbo Tax

I have used TurboTax since the DOS days. The program gets easier to use every year. Didn't use HELP once.
What's great about it: Simple way to do my taxes.
What's not so great: Error checks, while accurate, don't provide a clear explanation of what needed to be done.

I have been using t-tax since the late 60's and it just gets easier every year. I have never used any thing else.

Takes the "Hard" out of Doing your Taxes

current with always-changing tax laws; clergy unreimbursed expenses seems to be asked for twice--I was uneasy providing them the second time (under "Job-related Expenses") as the number and details had been asked for earlier as well.
Overall a tremendous product. I'm not sure if I could get my taxes done without it!
What's great about it: Don't have to look at tax forms; just asks the right questions and fills in the forms automatically; current with law
What's not so great: clergy section could be clearer

Turbo Tax - A Great Way To Go

I don't think they can make it any easier to use. It is to the point and the questions asked when filling out the forms could not be any easier. I really like Turbo Tax and support it very heavily. It is great and sure beats paying hundreds of dollars to the other guys.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year was the best yet!. Turbo Tax is an easy way to do your taxes.
What's not so great: I have had no problems with Turbo Tax, It is easy and straight foreward.

HAD DOUBTS ABOUT USING TAX SERVICE SOFTWARE. ALWAYS BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE GOING IN TO PREPARER TO DO TAXES AS I AM A TRUCK DRIVER AND THERE ARE SO MANY ITEMIZED DEDUCTIONS TO CLAIM. TURBOTAX BROKE EACH AREA DOWN PRECISELY AND LEFT NO AREA LEFT EMPTY SO I COULD CLAIM ALL OF THEM. GREAT DISK PLUS SAVES ME MORE MONEY BY NOT HAVING TO HAVE A PERSON PREPARE MY TAXES WHEN I CN DO IT AT MY OWN LEISURE. GREAT JOB TURBOTAX! TRUCKER RECOMMENDED... TRUCKER APPROVED!

Turbo tax, saved my efile!!!

Turbo tax efile process worked great in interface with IRS. Upon submission my efile was rejected for an invalid SSN for my one dependent child. Identified she had already been claimed on ex-spouses filing illegally per decree. Allowed me to change, correct, and resubmit as needed.
What's great about it: Efile did a great job identifying an error caused by ex wife claiming incorrect child on her taxes, reject & correct
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
