This is our second year using Turbo Tax. We are completely satisfied with this program.
What's great about it: it walks you through every step and tells you what to correct

I've used Turbo Tax for several years, and it has always been super easy to get your taxes done! It guides you every step of the way! It always found taxes I didn't even know I was eligible for! I highly encourage anyone to use Turbo Tax to make filing their taxes simple... Love it!!
What's great about it: So simple and and easy to use/navigate
What's not so great: Really no cons, very user friendly

Searches for previous files for fill-ins and searches for potential cost saves based on your personal situation.
What's great about it: Fills info for you where needed
What's not so great: Printing/saving a screenshot isn't easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I like how Turbo Tax just takes you right through all the different questions and how if you have to leave and go find some more paper work just hit save and go find the info
you need and just sign back on and restart from where you were. Turbo tax gives me peace of mind. I know I'll get my taxes done and no matter what time of the day or night I can work or do my taxes. I've used Turbo Tax for years!

What's great about it: Really liked how I was able to access different places to get the answers to the questions /needed answered.local/state
What's not so great: thought I'd get help from an Turbo Tax consultant,but didn't

My tax return was rejected and had to spend time going through to much info to find out how to re-file. Phone number to someone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using turbo tax for at least 10 years, I love how they walk me through each step and ask questions that previous tax return providers have not, it is convenient and I can go at my own pass. It even offers exentsion help. It is very affordable. We have to to file multiple states and it makes it convenient as well. I strongly recommend it.
What's great about it: step by step, more intensive questioning than H&R Block
What's not so great: None

Tax Season Over!

I would recommend this product for anyone that needs to do a simple household return. Don't have experience with lots of investments or small business returns but the normal household return is handled with this software very well.
What's great about it: Product is very Intuitive to use.
What's not so great: Tax prep can be confusing but hey that's the tax code for ya.
