Lost Without Turbotax!

I like that you can click on items as you go for an explanation.
What's great about it: Turbotax covers all the bases.
What's not so great: Not as easy to manuver around once you have started.

I have been using this product for over ten years. i am please with it and would definitely recommend this to to others
What's great about it: fast, easy to use, predictable
What's not so great: some topics should be able to be skipped if they do not apply
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very good. but could be better

More explanation would be good as you go through the process. Changes in tax law could be noted from last year so as to not be confusing about input for experienced users.
At least one screen had buttons that were active, but buttons did not appear to be anything more than shading of the box header. Was not intuitive.
What's great about it: Overall great product.
What's not so great: Not all screens are intuitive. Still slow to get through. Too much clicking to get back to beginning of topic for change

Sooo easy!

I waited til April 14th because I thought I would owe more, and I was afraid it would take me a lot of time. But it didn't! Only a couple of hours or less, including a lot of forms. And it notified me with a text message and email when my forms were accepted (fed) or rejected (typo in my bank routing number for state). Such a relief!
What's great about it: guides step by step, starts from last year, shows last year's values next to this year's
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very Easy

Have been using Turbo Tax for 11 years. I've found it to be very easy to use and quick to enter data. Each year improvements have been made that have enhanced the experience. Totally recommend it to any one who asks.
What's great about it: Helpful hints, easy to move through each area.
What's not so great: Some questionaires could not go back to.

Easy to Use!

I really liked how Turbo Tax walked you through each and every step of your taxes, it was extremely user friendly. It made a usually daunting task go very smoothly. I also liked how you could go back and review things easily and how it continually calculated your refund each step of the way. I feel confident that my taxes were done correctly because of the help Turbo Tax provides.
What's great about it: User friendly, saved information from previous year, walked you through each and every step
What's not so great: Extra fee to file State Taxes

Hasn't Let Me Doww Yet

We have used TurboTax for years now (once I had the guts to try it on my own). and it hasn't let me down yet. It's clear, easy to use and faster than going to the places in the strip malls. I found that I knew way more about my own tax situations than those people did and I was only providing $$ totals for them to fill in the blanks. I would ask "what about this or that??" Well I can do that with TurboTax myself and do it better because I care and read the instructions in each part. "They" were making mistakes and leaving things out. And don't even ask "them" about truck driver's der diem...their eyes glazed over. TurboTax is great!
What's great about it: Clear, guided but with options to skip around, accurate
What's not so great: Pricey
