As always it's easy to use. A SW engineer myself I like easy to follow steps. The documentation could be alittle better in regards to the Capital Assets, stocks sales, gains and losses. Explain the form in easier terms. This is an area that could be improved.

What's great about it: The software covered everything!
What's not so great: I was confused about 1 thing however I just research it myself.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First Time Problems

This is the first time I have had trouble with printing my state (NJ) tax return. The return prints without the grid making the return hard to read. I have sent questions regarding this problem but all that seems to happen is the question is posted. Why can't there be a phone number to ask a fairly simple question?

I love how technology is helping us to file electronically and how the information can be pulled and applied to our state tax forms automatically. This tool really helped me to finish my returns at my own preferred time and in a way that helped me break down each area.
What's great about it: Love how the program explains everything and takes you through all the possible areas of the tax form.
What's not so great: I still worry that I am reading and interpreting the instructions wrong, or answering the questions incorrectly.

Easiest way to do ones taxes.

Did my taxes both manually and with TurboTax and compared them. TurboTax came up with a better refund by far. Turbotax is the only way to go and by far money well spent.
What's great about it: detailed to get the most benefits and the most return.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
