Very self explanatory

Turbo Tax is a very hands on program. I am by no means a tax expert, but I could easily get the answers to any questions I had. Since I've used the program before, all our basic information was downloaded for us, making completing our tax forms even easier. It's just a matter of answering questions, and attaching documents for backup. I am no longer intimidated about filing my own taxes.
What's great about it: Available help at your fingertips
What's not so great: Needed to know sooner than payments could only be debited, not credited. Cancelled form for possible payments, to soon.

Easiest Yet

Difficult year for me but it was made easier by having this awesome tax program. I have done our taxes for many years and used TurboTax since it first came out.

Worst turbo tax in Years

I have used turbo tax successfully for many years and always had it sent to me automatically (now cancelled). This was the worst program I ever used. it was confusing even though I ended up with the standard deduction. I'm retired and on pension and it had trouble dealing with the fact that I received disability income (lump sum) for a previous year and then charged me underpayment penalties because of this even though I used the turbo tax generated deposit slips created by turbo tax last year. Messed up programing.
What's not so great: Very hard & it jumped around

I really love using Turbo Tax year after year to pick up on the previous years info which really saves time. The editing/checking is great to catch mistakes and missed opportunities. Great Product

No Pressure Return

I like the fact you can transfer the information from previous year, saves a lot of typing. You can work on a file and stop without loosing any information. It restarts right where you left off. Overall, it is very user friendly. I encourage anyone who wants to learn to do their own taxes to try Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Instructions are clear & easy to understand.
What's not so great: The limit of 5 by the IRS is too low. I have 7 relatives I help.

I only cried a little !

This is the 6th year I've used TurboTax and its getting better every year. Though I hate the process, Turbo makes it tolerable.
What's great about it: Was so easy to use and I only needed 1 pot of coffee
What's not so great: Some of the explanations were a bit confusing regarding deductions.
