Turbo Tax is the greatest program ever! It's super easy to get through and be done. The hardest part was getting my paperwork gathered together to input all of the numbers that did not auto load into the program. Fast and easy, I was done in a couple of hours.
What's great about it: So quick and easy once your paperwork is in order
What's not so great: The hardset part was getting my paperwork together

Couldn't have done it without Turbo Tax!

Much harder than the last time I used Turbo Tax, when I didn't have mortgage refi, was still married, etc. Still don't know what happened to the difference between the total income and the part that wasn't taxable (beyond the deductions). Explanations like that, up front, would help--I couldn't find it. Also, it took a lot of searching to discover that I couldn't write off all the points for home refi or last year's tax prep expense. Overall, however, the system is excellent--not because I understood everything easily, but because I understand more than when someone else does my taxes, and I feel confident that they're done properly.
Multiple choices below too limited, eg, widowed doesn't feel like single as I remember that; have children, but both are independent adults. But you made up the survey, so...

What's great about it: Turbo Tax starts with ALL the clues I needed to include everything required, and explanations to help me do it right!
What's not so great: Some explanations were too late to avoid my confusion, eg,a thought all tax prep & mortgage refi fees deductible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, I think TurboTax is a good product. Dealing with taxes is a difficult process, and TurboTax definitely helps. I guided me into areas I didn't think applied to me.
There were a few times where I had to go back and change something, and the process to do so wasn't intuitive. Finding my way back to where I left off afterward was difficult too.
I found links to outside resources very helpful.

What's not so great: clearer bookmark function needed. No progress bar

Incredible resource

This is my third year using TurboTax and I love it. It's current on all tax code updates, easy navigation, and helps me keep up with the details I always seem to forget. Can be hard if you need to go back, a little tough to find your way back to where you were.
What's great about it: thorough, helpful
What's not so great: can be confusing when trying to go back

the frustration of filing manually. Will be filing Turbo Tax next year. Has been a lifesaver the last 6 years! Definitely a keeper!

Easy Peasy!!

This is my third consecutive year using Turbo Tax and I am still happy with my decision. The ease of use of this product makes it very appealing and allows me to learn about opportunities for more deductions on next year. It can become annoying, but I am glad that it prompts me to update each time I access the application to ensure I am using the most up to date forms and deductions.
What's great about it: Super easy to use. Very user friendly.
What's not so great: Cost.
