Clear; user friendly; quick.

It saved me time. I have a relatively simple tax return, so it's great for me. But, just completing my taxes with this program gave me the impression that when I do have more complex taxes to complete, it will be manageable. No more feeling overwhelmed. I like and appreciate that. Seems to combat the mysteries of taxes. :) And for that, I am grateful.

Easy, Helpful, Made Me Feel @ Ease

Having used numerous tax preparation software programs in the past, I have come to rely on TurboTax for my tax preparation each year. It does a thorough job, walking me through all the information that is required, and offers the help I need during those few times when I had some questions about a specific tax product.
Thank you for a great product!
What's great about it: The software was easy to use, made me feel like a thorough job was being done, well-explained topics when I needed help

So Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I like that it can import from Quicken and stock brokerages. It will take you step by step through your return or let you skip areas that you don't need if you are comfortable doing that. I buy the Deluxe because you get the free state return. Everything needed is transferred to your state and you only need to answer a few fairly simple questions to complete your state. Very quick and painless.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Walks you through filing.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Over the last several years I have been using turbo Tax and last year I decided to go cheap for financial reasons and when I came back to Turbo Tax the program just makes it so simple to use when one follows the step by step guide

Quick and Easy

We're happy that Turbo Tax is easy! We have no intention of waiting until the 9pm on April 15th but that's what happens to us each year. Turbo Tax helped us get our taxes filled before 11pm and still helps us have good night's sleep!
What's great about it: Quick and easy even with three hours to file taxes!
What's not so great: None - Just the way I like it!

A bug in TurboTax!

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and this is the first time I recall having a problem when trying to eFile. Insisted that 12 was not a valid value for the number of months the vehicle was used. Had to override it to 11 months to get it to perform the eFile. Didn't change the amount of the taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Wouldn't accept 12 month of use for vehicle

Fantastic

I don't know how I would do this without Turbotax. It is still a daunting task that takes a few hours, but it is only a few hours and I can step into the process confident that it will be done right and nothing will go unnoticed. I am grateful to have a guide to take me through my tax return. I am especially grateful I don't have to sit a the kitchen table for an entire weekend surrounded by shoeboxes and long forms like my poor parents used to have to do.
