Great product

I have used Turbo tax for over 15 years. It is easy to use, asks the right questions, finds the right deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, looks for the right rebates, gets better every year
What's not so great: extra charge for state e-file and extra states are expensive
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It was easy to do my returns

I think Turbo Tax is the best software to do your taxes. I been using for the last 10 years and I love it. Its so convenient and give you all the details for every step, plus this year mentioned that you didn't do this or that the previous year.
If you have a business or are a student, an employee or independent contractor or all of them; Turbo Tax help you to get the maximum return.

What's great about it: Explain step by step and how much you have left.
What's not so great: When you use the back button you have to start the section again

I've been doing taxes both professionally and personally, for 35 years, before tax programs were even available to the general public. Turbo Tax just makes it so easy to complete your returns and to send them off electronically. Whether you're new to the program or an old hat at doing returns, Turbo Tax allows you to use the program in a way that is easiest for you. I'd recommend Turbo Tax to everyone!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Geared to Non-Professionals, Maximizes Refunds
What's not so great: Constant updates, Must pay for State e-file

Actually enjoy (a little bit) doing my taxes!
What's great about it: holds you handthroughout the process
What's not so great: should extrapolate from previous years return and ASK if you want to explore the more bizzare income sources/deductions

I love turbo tax, it is clear, concise, easy to navigate. Even helps me with the confusing home office deduction and depreciation of vehicles, etc. I really like the "it's Deductible
feature too, to help appraise the items we donate to charity.
