What's great about it: great results - makes doing tax simple - and it covers all the bases - just like hitting a grand slam home run

I have used TurboTax for years and now my kids who are young adults and have moved out are also using TurboTax. Love being able to file online.
What's great about it: It guides you through the tax forms so you don't miss any credits and checks that everything is correct. Easy e-filing
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is year 4 with Turbo Tax.... most my friends & family thought I was insane for attempting an itemized return - haven't regretted it once- cost is fair, the tool is relatively easy to follow and I've never been unhappy with my refund (yeah!).
What's great about it: Wonderfully thorough and easy to navigate, even a technologically challenged person as myself can do it!
What's not so great: Wonderfully thorough.... maybe a little too much.

My TurboTax review

Excellent product which I have used for many years. Solid applicaiton with accurate results. One area of improvemnt is the online help which should include more details and actual examples, e.g. for trades of stock options, restricted stocks, etc. Also, if the online help can provide links to the IRS website for the the specific IRS forms or details of the specific tax law.
What's great about it: Robust application, intuitive and accurate
What's not so great: You could improve the available help with more details, and with more links to the IRS website for the exact form, etc.

Overall I really liked TurboTax and I will surely use it again next year.
What's great about it: The ease in which I was able to complete my returns
What's not so great: Some of the IRS jargon was misleading

Really?....A Refund!

Anything that delays filing unnecessarily...an obvious flaw. Anyone could have a printing problem...at any time.
What's great about it: First refund...ever.
What's not so great: Offers to print should come only after filing.
