Phew... Done and it was pretty easy

Overall a good experience even though filing taxes is not. I appreciate that the process has been simplified.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Convenient
What's not so great: Constantly needs updates to information, some things are a little unclear.

Super fast and easy to use! I got a great refund and saved money by preparing my taxes instead of hiring someone else!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax guided me quickly through all the steps

this was a good experience, i waited till the 15th and sat down in the evening and in 2hours I was done and filed. And there was a big refund coming back. This is my 6th year to file with Turbo tax

Turbotax Deluxe 2012

I've used TurboTax to file my taxes for over 14 years and TurboTax 2012 is, to date, the best version produced by Intuit. TurboTax guided me through the tax maze, shielded me from the hazards of tax preparation and helped me make a soft landing at the end with e-file. For the fist time I can honestly say. " filing my tax return was a pleasant experience".
What's great about it: Quick and easy interface. very intuitive
What's not so great: e-filing authorization confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to Use

This is great for someone that knows how to do their taxes and already knows 80% of the deductions that will apply. Turbo tax will find the other 20%.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick and efile right fromthe program
