I LOVE TURBO TAX

I LOVE TURBO TAX. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS. IT WALKS YOU THROUGH EACH STEP WITH NO HASSLES. I SAVE TONS OF MONEY BY USING TURBO TAX INSTEAD OF PAYING SOMEONE TO PREPARE MY TAXES.
What's great about it: TURBO TAX IS FAST AND EASY TO USE

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Paying extra fees for filing when already paid for the software
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Painless Tax Filing

Going into the task of filing our Federal and State tax returns this year, I expected to have to pay. Surprise ... I ended up with tidy little sums of tax refunds from both the Federal and State returns. Turbo Tax 2012 was relentless in routing out every penny that we deserved.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None that I know of

Take the pain out of tax day...

They have bundled everything into a simple, affordable DIY format which makes it much less painful to get the best tax refund available all with guarantees for accuracy and ease of filing.
What's great about it: Very simple question and answer format
What's not so great: I'm at a loss..nothing comes to mind.

Terribly Disappointed for the 1st time w/ TurboTax

I have never seen Turbo Tax so slow. I was late due to the super slow response of Turbo Tax, it shouldn't take 40 minutes with a 2.6 M download speed to download Kentucky's tax forms! The updates each time
TurboTax started were needlessly slow. I spent over an hour waiting on downloads of updates! I was 2 minutes too late with my federal filing due to all the stupid stuff TurboTax tossed in the way! I don't know if I will use turbo tax next year or not. This really irritates me! If Turbo Tax wishes to pay the penalties for the late filing, it would go a long way to restore my faith in Turbo Tax, which I have used for the past 10 years to file my taxes with.

Refund Made Easy

Thank you for making this a painless process. I have had my taxes done for the last few years as many complicated changes had occurred in my life. I procrastinated and had to do my taxes myself this year. This was much easier than I anticipated. Thank you for that!
What's great about it: Made this a very easy process! I have had many changes in the last few years and was unsure I was able to do this right

Pretty Good but a little trouble

This was our first time using TurboTax and it was pretty easy except we had trouble finding the Form 8379 Injured Spouse to attach to our return. We just couldn't figure it out so we will have to amend our return. Other than that I would use this system again. Thanks
