I have used Turbo Tax for years and would not even consider another option.
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step process that allows you to check out things you might not think of
What's not so great: Not many...other than having to do your own taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax is really easy to use to file not only my return, but all my children's returns. Makes me look so smart!

This is such an easy intuitive product to use.
I work for a software company and am a product manager. I could only wish for my develpment team to come up with solution that allow users to figure out the workflows all the way through. You have easy guide for those that need Wizard type features and then you have for the more advanced user - "find it yourself" option.
Really good software and I have used and trusted Turbo Tax for years.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. The "It's Deductible" program helps to determine donation values. The import from the prior year's taxes is also helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Walks you through everything.

I don't understand why I paid so much more this year, why I had to pay a penalty, why the penalty was so much, why the college deductions didn't seem to show, etc.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: lack of confidence in the correct answers
