Another year done

Everything went very smoothly. I have been a loyal TurboTax user for about 12 years. And every tax season, it gets easier and easier! TurboTax remembers what I did last year and compares it to what I am recording this year. It is very intuitive and user friendly. I do have one criticism...for a couple of years, I filed a schedule C. This year I did not need to, but Turbo Tax kept insisting I need to figure out vehicle depreciation and mileage. It was hard to turn that "off". Other than that, it only took a few hours to be done!

Best tax experience in my life!

1st year I used TurboTax. The software does it all. I ended up with the best return. Double-checked, triple-checked, and audit protected. E-filed ... all done in a few hours. I'll use TurboTax again next year, for sure!

Overall very good experience, but I wish they would have done a better job with the 100-G handling management.
What's great about it: good user interface
What's not so great: 1009-G form handling

This was so easy to use and saved me a bundle that I have been paying out for services. I even did my friends taxes. I couldn't believe the step by step instruction, the ability to ask questions and get rapid answers, kudos! I am looking forward to next year's taxes!!
What's great about it: Easy to use and go back if you needed to fix something.
What's not so great: Turbotax couldn't find your papers for you!

Low stress

I always stress out when even thinking of doing taxes. Your software makes it easy and less painful. Could it be that the recent study that found people enjoy doing taxes were using Turbo Tax?
The best features are the ones that guide the filer through the difficult sections.
It would be nice, however, if Turbo Tax could offer the protection plan option for a period of time after the filing deadline. When one owes money in this day and time is probably not the best time to hit up the customer for extended paid protection.
I will definitely use Turbo Tax again!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax takes the stress and headache out of filing my tax returns
What's not so great: I could not update my software for the current year, unless that's the plan

Best tool, best help!

Was really struggling with some of the data transfer, live assistance very patient and worked through all options!
What's great about it: tool works well and live help very patient
What's not so great: hold times and some data in home office categories transferred incorrectly to forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
