Easy to use!

Very easy to use and the guided help was super helpful. Especially useful was the ability to import forms!
What's great about it: Liked the guided help and ability to import forms

Excellent! This is my 5th or 6th Year using TURBO TAX. It's worth the money!!!
What's great about it: Simple to use and the correct questions are asked
What's not so great: Don't alway know to explore myself or let Turbo Tax to the figuring

I absolutely love Turbo tax, it is affordable, convenient, reliable, and the number software service for filing your taxes!!!

turbo tax shazam

I had a great customer service person, Blanckah treated me with respect and fought to get me the info i needed and more for and extra state purchase. Rocked my Refund!!!
What's great about it: I was able to get examples to fit my situations
What's not so great: the price keeps going up yearly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Great Product and so easy!

I have used TurboTax for at least 5 years and it only seems to get easier. Prior to using Turbo Tax we hired an accountant at at least three times the cost and I never felt like I got the refund or the support I needed. I love that all last years information is added automatically. I don't have a lot of reasons to itemize so I just fill in the blanks and get the help I need to feel secure about what I am filing. I love that TurboTax will do a review for errors and potential audit risk.
What's great about it: quickly add information and get help as specific as you need
What's not so great: Ease of the program makes me feel like I must have forgotten something!
