Smooth!

Would try again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, very thorough
What's not so great: Some parts dragged on
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 taxes

Great! Software worked well... did not go in loops like turbotax online. I have been using online tax software for several years and have grown progressively less satisfied with the experience. So this year purchased TTD and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything worked!!! The reviews, the process the searching for extra deductions and alternative ways to file. Everything worked!!!
What's great about it: actually worked so I was very surprised
What's not so great: had to pay taxes
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

One of my close relatives works for the IRS. Whenever people ask her about doing their taxes, she recommends they use TurboTax. She's a big fan and uses it for her own taxes. If it's good enough for her, then it's certainly good enough for me!
What's great about it: TurboTax directions are easy to follow. I'm confident when I do my taxes that they are done accurately.

Like fast food; BUT fast money!

I love how easy Turbo Tax is and that as a young adult i can understand what it is i am supposed to being entering!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, understandable
What's not so great: No skip button

From start to FILE, it was easy to follow along. when I had a question, I found the answer easily and quick.
highly recommend. even someone not sure of how to do their taxes, should be able to use TurboTax and get it right the first time.
