Turbo Tax has been my favorite forever. I trust that they will guide me through with very little explanation needed. I love the little pop up windows that explain what eveything does. Keep up the good work Turbo Tax! I'm counting on you!
What's great about it: Easy to work through...no guesswork...all spelled out so that anyone can understand it...even ME!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 40 years and it actually seems to be getting easier each year. I never fear doing my taxes--Turbo Tax always comes through for me.
What's great about it: used turbo tax for the last 40 years and no problems
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax makes it easy to do ones taxes. Especially when you 3 kids who always need your attention.
What's great about it: Federal and State are eay to fill
What's not so great: New Jersey Non-resident

if you switch between easy step into the choose your own/expert it leaves old entries at times that later are seen as erros so you have to back track too many times if you are adding/deleting entries
audit risk----f the 'risk' increases up the spectrum, even though it may still be in 'low'section, but is in high low section should alert you in areas that caused this

Even if you have never filed your own returns in the past you can with Turbo Tax. It walks you through every step.
What's great about it: Step by Step of how to enter all deductions
What's not so great: Needs a little more description

Doing my taxes every year has always been a source of anxiety accompanied by an uneasy feeling that I had done something wrong. But not this year! Not with Turbo Tax. I filed both Federal and state returns with complete confidence. It was worth the purchase to have this kind of good feeling. No longer will I dread the inevitable coming of Tax Time.
