Easy as pie

I like using TurboTax because it makes takes easy and quick.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: uncommon questions sometimes aren't answered very easily

Best thing since sliced bread!

I have been using Turbo tax for as long I have been filing taxes as a professional. I don't see myself ever switching to anything else.
What's great about it: The EasyGuide feature is a God-send.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to follow and understand

It is my first time to do tax return by myself. To my biggest surprise, it is very easy to learn and use. Compared to the hundreds of dollars I spent last year for tax return, the return on investment is very high.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand
What's not so great: Do not know the potential risk

Submitting for eFile

When you go back on the submittal it takes ou all the way back.......hmm
What's great about it: Pretty smooth
What's not so great: Sometimes the jargon is confusing causing you to go into to do loop several times before you can submit

Requiring superfluous forms

After doing my return in the Forms mode (my strong preference), it wouldn't let me continue until I went back and filled out the personal worksheets. That waste of time was annoying.
What's great about it: Mostly good, helpful, and accurate
What's not so great: Required "worksheets" to be filled out even when the relevant forms already were.

Great refund

Haven't used the online free version, but this one works well for me. I use it year after year and it's done me well. Who knows, might do as well with the free version but I haven't tried cause I'm happy with this.

What's not so great: costs money! The online one is free
