Easy program to receive proper refunds.

This was my first time using TurboTax and I found it easy to understand and use. The explanations for the different entry fields were easy to understand and follow. The review and audit check made me feel confident that my return was completed accurately. My only concern was I could not see a copy of my Federal Schedule A, which I completed for itemized deductions but did not use because my standard deduction was higher this year, attached to my AZ State return when I e-filed the AZ State return. Arizona states a copy of the Federal Schedule A is to be attached if I am itemizing on my AZ State return. I hope this happened with both were e-filed, but I did not see is with my AZ State return when I printed out a hard copy following my e-filed copies.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and work with.
What's not so great: Could not tell if copy of Fedreral Sch A was attached to AZ return.

Same old problems

As I've said in the past, there needs to be a better way to compare MFS with MFJ. Starting over from scratch on three completely separate returns is just ridiculous. Also, it continues to be impossible to fix stubborn false errors, particularly on the state return (where, for example, the software insists on a non-zero entry, and the correct entry really is zero).
What's great about it: Nice interface
What's not so great: Can't compare joint with separate filing; stubborn false errors

Love It!!!! Would not use anything else!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years now. It has always found my family the biggest refund for every one of our many different situations. I have in the past used Tax Professionals but they seemed to be very expensive. I want to keep my refund not give it away. Thank you Turbo Tax!!!!

Estimating Next Years Taxes

If there is a major drop in income or deductions for the next year one should be a able to easily enter data in the estimated tax for nest year. I found the directions to be unclear and confusing. Should be able to fill out the form in a small amount of time. Please know I have been doing my own taxes for years on Turbo Tax and have not had any problems until this year. Next years income will be about half of 2012 income and as a result I wanted to figure 2013 projected taxes. Not so easy.
What's great about it: Most of the program is very easy to use
What's not so great: Estimating following year taxes

at the end the save vs PDF vs print is all a little confusing. sometimes you assign a file name but you only use one initial and i have several ( of nine ) children that have the same first letter in their first name. but thanks good product
