I've used Turbo Tax for many years and absolutely love it! So easy to prepare: simple questions, lots of extra help (if needed) ... I'm guided all the way through

I Love the turbo tax experience it makes me look forward to tax time every year!! So simple and fast it only took about 2 hours start to filed!
What's great about it: super easy and detailed tons of tips and help

Easier Than Making Chocolate Cake

I really like TurboTax and am excited to continue using it in the future! It was easy to navigate, comprehensive and thorough, and it never once got too overwhelming. I enjoyed the celebration of money it found for me, and I would have liked more of that as the experience progressed. I know this is serious work, but some levity throughout could make it much more fun to do taxes (i.e. virtual confetti, dance breaks and music to help keep the mood calm). In fact, calming, soothing music would be an ideal addition (which could be toggled on and off) to help keep frustration at a minimum. Not that you could get too frustrated with TurboTax; the tone of the tutorials and reviews were encouraging and helpful. Dealing with taxes in the future just got a whole lot easier now that my family will be using TurboTax for our future filings!
What's great about it: easy flow, important lines in bold, not too much information on one page, manageable fields, comprehensive reviews
What's not so great: advertisements for additional services sprinkled throughout
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax is my accountant

Turbo tax is very helpful in determining my maximum refund possible. Even if I leave it to the last minute, Turbo Tax really makes it easy for me to get my taxes done.

Takes the worry out of filing!!

TurboTax takes the worry out of filing. The sofware is easy to use. It asks all the questions, all I had to do is fill in the blanks. And trust me, it asks lots of questions. But the good thing I feel like it covered everything! Even reminded me of possible deductions I hadn't thought about. I recommend TurboTax to all my friends.
What's great about it: Software captures everything, makes it easier to file
What's not so great: None, TurboTax is great.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years... its easy, explanatory, and even helps to learn some things otherwise not known. I will use it every year!
What's great about it: makes it easy to guide you with good explanations
What's not so great: last year it didn't catch something but I was aware this year
Pros: I bought or sold investments
