Before using Turbo Tax I spent several hours on several days trying to complete my taxes. With Turbo Tax all the formulas and time consuming mathematics are a thing of the past. Taxes have always been one of my greatest dreds but with Turbo Tax I don't sweat it any longer.
What's great about it: Ease, guidance and speed of the program
What's not so great: No dislikes

I found TurboTax easy to follow and easy to input information, and easy to go back review and make adjustments before e-filing.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What's great about it: TurboTax took me through the process and was very quick and easy!
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Prior Planning Provides Plenty of Cash

It has allowed me to make decisions that allow me to legally avoid taxes by taking advantage of the 0% take rate for long term capital gains while in the 10% bracket.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: It incorrectly computed my long time capital losses on my state return

Easiest Return Ever

Other than the uneasy feeling with the CON I loved filing my taxes this way.
What's great about it: Able to review and add information throughout the process
What's not so great: Flagged an error; wasn't fixed and never found it again
