The Turbo Tax Experience and Process was Great

What's great about it: Software Asked the right questions with ease
What's not so great: A litle difficult to go back to a featured section

I have used turbo tax for years and it gets better each year. It is user friendly and helpful when stuck on a question. I will continue to use trubo tax for years to come. Keep up the good work.

It has gotten better over the years. I have not used any other software so I cannot compare.
What's great about it: Its Deductible is GREAT
What's not so great: It goes back to the beginning afer each section is completed

I LIKE THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. IT'S EASY TO USE AND ASKS THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.
What's great about it: EASY STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND WAY OF TAKING YOU THROUGH WHAT CAN BE AN INTIMIDATING PROCESS.
What's not so great: SOME DESCRIPTIONS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF INCOMES OR CREDITS WERE A LITTLE GENERAL.

Saved my life

With Turbo tax is easy to follow instructions; the vocabulary used to explain is simple. I learned a lot just by answering questions and if I had a doubt just by clicking on the icons a simple explanation would show up! I strongly recommend Turbo tax to others and I''m sure I will use it again next year.

In general I think TT is a good value. My tax situation is relatively basic though. Not sure if I would want to delve into the tax thing if my situation was more complicated.
What's great about it: Easy Guide works !
What's not so great: Some of the forms were confusing this year.

What's great about it: recalls depreciation data and much more, saves time. Excellent guidance
