Quick and Fast

TurboTax has been my go to software for the last 10 years or more (if I think it's been 10, it's probably been 15) and has never failed to deliver on exactly what I needed, from complex stock and investments to many, many deductions. Audit Defence option is a nice cheap insurance policy, never had to use it but glad it is always there for me.
What's great about it: Easy walk through of all tax areas for my family
What's not so great: Nothing, it worked perfectly.

I have been doing my taxes via Turbo Tax and I"ve never been disappointed. Even got my sister-in-law to try it!
What's great about it: Saves my previous years information
What's not so great: State E-File is not Free

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and have always been happy with the product.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate.
What's not so great: When putting in dependent care address details, the prompts bounced from one provider to another.

I started using turbo tax over 10 years ago when a major tax company did my taxes incorrectly after I told them it was wrong and caused me an audit. Luckly I new what the problem was and instead of me owing them money they owed me money. I have been using turbo tax evey since and have never had a problem. If I have a question I just use the help and all the infomation is there. I LOVE TURBO TAX and would use nothing else.
What's great about it: easy to manuver

What's great about it: easy, no appointment
What's not so great: checking for errors takes a long time

I don't need to be numbers savy or a budget freak to do my taxes correctly and with the best return with turbo tax.
What's great about it: very user friendly. extremely complete
What's not so great: Had a little trouble with box fifteen, but the help FAQ was a great help.
Pros: I had a baby
