Easy!! & Quick!!

This software is very east to navigate and use with very good explanations for all the questions that came up as I worked through the forms.
The feature to carry forward information from last years return was very helpful and provided a quick side by side comparison.
Great product!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to walk through all tax questions. Excellent explanations provided for each topic.

PROGRAM MADE CLAIMING EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES FOR DEPENDENTS MUCH EASIER. COUPLE OF OPTIONS ON MY W2 DID NOT MATCH OPTIONS ON THE FORM IN BOX 12 (HAD DD IN A BOX ON MY W2)
What's great about it: EASY TO USE; STEP BY STEP GUIDE
What's not so great: BOUGHT DELUXE VERSION; STILL HAD TO PAY TO FILE MY STATE RETURN

I use TurboTax every year to file my taxes. It is easy to use and finds every possible deduction you might be eligible for.
What's great about it: Ease of step by step feature to guide you through your taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Could file with payment plan

Good software, its just a hassle to come up with some of the info at the last minute. Some of the info is in the tax return itself or in a previous year and I was afraid to lost my place in the process.
What's great about it: Got return filed on time
What's not so great: Lots of entering data for various verifications

Okay Return!

I have used Turbo Tax now for nearly 4 years. This year I had several questions that could not be answered, even tnrough the community chat/Q & A section. It would be nice to have more of a "tax professional" available to chat or an expansion of the answers that are currently available. My questions were pertaining to interest from student loans from payments paid all year. I did not deduct any interest because I was uncertain if I was eligible to claim the amounts and if so, how I could calculate the interest that was paid.
What's great about it: Convenient and easy to understand
What's not so great: Some of my questions could not be answered.
