THIS IS AWESOME! THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS PRODUCT. IT'S EASY, TRUST WORTHY, AND IT ACTUALLY MADE MY TAX EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE....IF THAT'S POSSIBLE!

Thank you for a wonderful Tax Software Program. This product continues to be improved. We have used TurboTax to file taxes for over15 years, and still LOVE it each and every year.

My Tax 2012 Experience

This is my first time doing my taxes on my own and I have to say it was a long process but very easy.
What's great about it: Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I found it very easy to so even being mentally stessed out it was still self explainitory. I enjoyed watching my refurnd grow and refigure when adding another state.

Excellent Product!

For people tired of long waits and preparation accompanied by a high cost, TurboTax is a great alternative.
TurboTax was highly recommended to me and now I'm doing the same for you!
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use; love being able to do my taxes all at once or during several sessions.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find things entered if you don't flag them.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Auto download W-2 data and 1098 info from IRS so user doesn't have to type all the info. We should just review and correct/confirm.
What's great about it: Step by Step guidance for Fed and State, auto transfer data for state return
What's not so great: Payment process should be shorter
