Saved my behind

Forgot my w2's, post office closed at 5, had a function for my son that I couldn't miss. I was able to come home and efile quickly and easily.

Difficult to complete in some cases

It would be nice if there was a way to remember the myriad of settings that you must wade through each time you want to enter a business expense. I always end up having to navigate all of business section windows MANY times in order to get all of my expenses entered. Remember my first pass through these questions, then just show one summary window that shows what I have selected and a button to let me change those settings if I must.
What's great about it: For the most part, easy step is good
What's not so great: Some areas difficult to complete

I am amazed at the ease and organized way that Turbo tax works - don't know how I survived the tax season before.
What's great about it: It walks you through every area on the tax form
What's not so great: none

This years filing was not as good as years past. I don't know if this was due to government last minute changes or not. I was disappointed that the forms were not available.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: more complicated this year with forms not available

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Instructions are very easy to follow. It is difficult to make an error since instructions are very clear and help links are there for any questions.
What's great about it: very easy to follow instructions

Life Save Last Minute

Great being able to download for us last minute people, and the e file is so convenient, you don't have to leave your chair...lol
What's great about it: Finding extra refunds for me.
What's not so great: I am too slow for the program.
