Way Too Easy!

Very easy to use for someone totally out of their depth with IRS forms. Some areas can be confusing, but the help tabs are useful here. Very quick if you have all your paperwork organized. Really stress free.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process and catches your errors.
What's not so great: Sometimes duplicates entries, or seems to.

Much improved from prior years but more to be done

Much improved but there are continuous loops that need fixing (1099-S)
What's great about it: Handles multistate returns more easily than in the past, quick when moving between screens, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Turbo Tax still has glitches where you can't access areas to enter necessary input;online help was not helpful

WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE

I PURCHASED THE SOFTWARE IN JANUARY AND WAITED UNTIL 4/15/13 TO LOAD, HENCE THE LASTMINUTESUE. IT WAS HARDER TO GATHER UP MY DOCUMENTS THAN TO ENTER THE DATA, I WAS REASSURED WHEN ASKED OVER AGAIN IF I HAD FORGOTTEN A DEDUCTION, TURBO TAX EVEN ASKES IN A DIFFERNT WAY IF THEY THINK YOU MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING. I FELT LIKE I HAD A FREIND WORKING WITH ME TO MEET THE DREADED DEADLINE.THANK YOU TURBO TAX
What's great about it: EASY TO NAVIGATE, I WAS IN A HURRY BUT DID NOT WANT TO MISS ANYTHING
What's not so great: I HAVE TO PAY TAXES - NOT YOUR FAULT

Ten Years of Turbo!

Turbo Tax has my software of choice for a decade now, I have toyed with using other products, but I always come back to the tried and true T2. Every year my tax situation changes slightly but T2 always handles the changes without a glitch. I love the way the T2 "remembers" me every year. Brilliant product!
What's great about it: Your intuitive product has made me a life-long fan.

Turbo Tax seems to be very informative and I'm pleased with using it every year. I'm pleased with the accuracy and will choose Turbo Tax over any other tax software out there...

So Simple!

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past three years and haven't been disappointed yet! My favorite feature is that it imports the prior year's tax information into the current year's return. Love that!
What's great about it: Like the Easy Guide
What's not so great: Haven't found one yet!

Extension agony

I had planned to file an extension but my store bought TurboTax wouldn't let me do it electronically even though everywhere online turbotax offered free e-extension.
What's great about it: easy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years & find it easy to use. Alll my deductions are found with an easy to read format. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for filing my taxes.
