So Simple My 7 Year Old Grandson Could Do It!

I will never use any other tax software. My wife has always had me do the taxes and I have always loved TurboTax. This year I had to leave for work and begged her to enter her information. She has always been scared of anything to do with taxes. After inputting her info she just kept answering the questions and was very surprised at how easy it is when using TurboTax . She made the comment that our 7 year old grandson could have done our taxes. Thank You TurboTax
What's great about it: All questions and directions were clear and easy to follow. Then the check for errors makes Turbotax foolproof !
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worst Experience with Turbo Tax

There was no where that it asked for updates until you try to file. Then it says nothing is updated and you can't file your return! REALLY, no "please update version by clicking here." There was not link to find how to update. Had to read other peoples post to try and figure out how to get this program to update. Which I final did after several different attempts. VERY frustrated!
What's great about it: Normal Ease of input
What's not so great: UPDATES did not do automatically

GOT EVERY PENNEY---AGAIN!

I have been using TURBO TAX since it's been available to taxpayers. The first couple of years, I compared it to my accountant's submission, and TURBO TAX consistently found more deductions and asked more detailed questions, things not even mentioned by my accountant. I can't imagine any other method or service that I would be comfortable using. I usually have my taxes prepared well before the deadline and receive my refund earlier in the year. This past year, due to long work hours and increased job demands, I was unable to get started until the evening of April 14th. I didn't experience any glitches, surprises, or problems and I was able to meet the deadline with a couple of hours to spare. Thank you Turbo Tax for turning a potential sleepless nightmare into a calm, restful, and dream filled night!
What's great about it: Dummy proof
What's not so great: NONE

Not sure I will use Turbo Tax in the future.
Each year it gets harder to use. I have to go back over each form for items missed in the interview.

Turbo'd my Taxes

Doing taxes at crunch time as usual is a breeze with Turbo Tax. I like the way they ask specific questions and then allow you to easily go back and correct/add/delete info as you find it hiding in your pile of paperwork.
What's great about it: Extreme ease of use
What's not so great: none that I can think of

There is no better product on the market.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Very accurate.
What's not so great: Charity deduction artifact values are under estimated by 30% against Salvation Army values.
