Fast and Simple....

used this program for many years now, like the review and compare to last year, keeps things in line so you don't forget sometthing. wanted this long enough so I don't want to screw up the hampster running this site
What's great about it: made quick work of filing return, efile, direct deposit..
What's not so great: no cons here, just straight prose:)

Great Product!
What's great about it: Helped to explain and clearly delineate every section of my return.
What's not so great: It would be nice to see the actual Form after entries in each section

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. I am so impressed with how the product gets better year to year. Keep up the great work.
What's great about it: User friendly. Short/concise/easy to follow questions with the EasyGuide. I love it.
What's not so great: No issues. I love the product

Used for multistate review

I love the iPad interface - please provide graphic of the Mobile (ipad versions) abilities - for example : Up to how many states can you e-file on mobile. This info is clear for online and cd/download but not for Mobile. Allow the option to exclude credits - if you do not want to elect them for state versions.
What's great about it: Liked the option to use multistate review - via the downloaded software version
What's not so great: No marketing available describing whether the iPad version can handle multi-state filing
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Treat

I worked professionally as a tax preparer and when I quit I still had family and friends asking me to do their returns. I could never afford the cost of a professional tax software program, but with Turbo Tax I can still afford to do my family and friends returns without charging them professional fees.
What's great about it: So easy and fast
What's not so great: Paying for the efiling
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
