Turbo Tax

We have used turbo tax for several years now. It is very easy to use, guides you through all the steps in a convenient logical manner. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy guidance through steps
What's not so great: Had trouble with one question
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State tax submission should be free

I think it's obsurd that there is a charge for submitted the state taxes electronically. I've already paid for the tax software, why am I having to pay to electronically submit my taxes? This seems really ridiculous.

Great Product

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have looked at others and they don't compare. I even went to a preparer to see if I could get a better deal. They were quite a bit more expensive and were using a product that seemed to be Turbot Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax works very well. I have been using it for years.
What's not so great: Doesn't tell you that non resident state needs to be filed before resident state.

Makes taxes simple as possible

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years, & though my tax situation has gotten more complicated, this software always seems to make it simple. It has saved me lots of money over the years by telling me about things like flexible spending accounts, how changing my filing status would save me $ instantly, etc. It really is very straightforward & assistance is always available whenever there is a more complicated question. I've been very happy with this software & the money it has saved me in taxes as well as the money I haven't had to pay to accountants to prepare my taxes. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Fast, complete, anybody can do it
What's not so great: Still have to send in the $$

What's not so great: I couldn't figure out how to get rid of one form.

Whew...Done!

I love this product. It is easy to use and gives me confidence about my return. I am not worried about an audit because turbo tax led me through it.
What's great about it: So easy to enter and everythinga from last year was already done!
What's not so great: Wish it updated on install.
