Umpteenth year with TurboTax

I love the constant updates that TurboTax provides -- evidence that the folks at Intuit are constantly looking for ways to improve and maintain this wonderful product. Easy to use, easy to go back and review what you've done, and EASY TO UNDERSTAND! I have used TurboTax for too many years to recall, and it gets better and better each year.
What's great about it: So easy to use, and ALWAYS current with updates!

I am a sales professional and have used Turbo Tax Deluxe the last 3 years. It's really easy to use, captures all of the deductions, and advises of those you may overlook. It's also great if you wait until the last minute to complete and file your taxes as all can be done online by 11:59 p.m. on April 15. I would recommend it to everyone.
What's great about it: Ease of use - completed input of information quickly
What's not so great: I had to pay both state and federal taxes - Not turbo's fault

What's great about it: I only had 3 errors to fix
What's not so great: Asking for upgrades
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall very good experience--I felt confident that my return was correctly prepared upon completion.
What's great about it: Ease of navigation
What's not so great: One piece of information necessary was not clearly defined.

Disappointed this is the very first year I've EVER had to PAY ANYTHING! I'm sure it's not TurboTax. Just sickening since we made more money last year but still got great refund. :( But, TurboTax is convenient and easy to follow.
What's great about it: easy to go from step to step
What's not so great: still confusing on the childcare deductions vs box 10 on W-2
