I have used the Turbo Tax program for several years now and I get better with it each year. The process is very user friendly and I like the comparisons between last year's taxes and this year's tax info to compare by. I like that the program can bring over some of your tax info from the prior year. I do not always find that the Chat Help with people always answers my question. I also found the end of the program when it comes time to pay not the most user friendly. I had to go back (5) times to get it right and finally was able to get my Federal Taxes paid and my refund set up with State. The fees charged are confusing. Otherwise I like the program and probably will continue to use it in the future. Thank you.
What's great about it: Like the stream lilned process & help screens
What's not so great: Chad Help with People not the most helpful

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year would be no different. Turbo Tax methodically walks you through each facet of your tax return and double checks your answers with questions to ensure you are providing the correct information. Side links provide simple explainations with examples so you understand the question clearly. Then the final review and analysis points out potential issues that may lead to an audit or cause your return to be held up. Simple, concise and straight-forward. Couldn't be more pleased with performance and reliability of Turbo Tax. Thank you!

Always easy to use

In preparing returns it is hard to navigate to see the Social Security split as to what is taxable and what is not, and how that is calculated.?
What's great about it: Good information
What's not so great: Can't easly get to the Federal/State Forms and line numbers

Thank God for Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax every year for the past 8 years and trust the program thoroughly. The only thing I would like to see is more detail information for certain taxes laws. There are times I have to go to the IRS website to verify or confirm certain questions being asked by TurboTax.
What's great about it: Made my taxes easy. I could review every thing I needed.
What's not so great: Some information was not available. I had to goto the IRS website

Product was improved from last year, especially the AMT calculation.
