Turbo Tax sux this year!

Have used TT for several years but never had problems like with this version!!! Had to do Contribution section twice b/c for some reason, original input was completely lost. Felt very insecure during the entire process b/c I wasn't comfortable that my input was being saved and I might lose everything I entered!
What's great about it: familiarity
What's not so great: changes vs last year

Overall I love the software, I don't have to read the old paper tax return book like I did in the past. It would be a nice option to read new tax laws/changes on a separate tab/page prior to starting your return with Turbo Tax. It gives you the heads up if there are new credits to be aware of, etc. Thank you, M Thomas
What's great about it: Use easy guide, more info is explained in detail and is easy to understand.
What's not so great: Standard deduction is a set amount, set estimate limits for itemizing to avoid wasting time doing it

Turbo Tax makes taxes easy

I have been a turbo tax user for many years. Each year, it gets easier since everything is imported from the previous years. Once you start using turbotax, every subsequent year, all you need to do is update with current numbers. If there is a new area that I need to go into, turbo tax does a great job of explaining and walking me through every step of the way.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is simple and easy to use
What's not so great: No more voice instructions

Easy and Detailed!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Turbo Tax and each year has been better and more detailed. The walk through makes it much easier to handle. Taxes are never a fun thing to do, but this product is a very good value for the features it give you!!!
What's great about it: Step by step walk through with many options
What's not so great: Nothing too memorable
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Almost perfect

Best software out there, I didnt get stressed doing the taxes. The Tax form check feature works well (finds the mistakes) but might need to be improved on how it handles user's actions. In my tax filing, Turbo Tax did not recognize a form was deleted.
What's great about it: straight to the point approach, very user friendly, accurate calculations, many helpful advice and explanations availabl
What's not so great: Tax return check feature a bit buggy; it would not recognize a form was deleted

Always Greate!

It always does a nice job and is easy to use. I have tried other tax software, mainly due to them being cheaper. They seem to be pretty comparable, but for me, I tend to lean towards TurboTax as being the best answer.
What's great about it: Convenient, thorough, itemized deductions tool
What's not so great: Seems expensive for every year
