Nice and easy most of the time

Great product, but did have a frustrating issue:
Married filing joint return where my wife and I live in one state, but I work in a different state. This was a little frustrating to work through this.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Married filing joint where spouses work in diff states can be a bit cumbersome

made my taxes easy

I've been using TurboTax for a few years now and as an amateur investor it makes calculating taxes on ivestment income super easy. Investment details can be directly imported from many different brokers saving a ton of time filling out the schedule D. TurboTax is great and I will be using it again next year.
What's great about it: TurboTax found me additional deductions.
What's not so great: The only problem I can think of is that it didn't do my taxes for me

It Gets Easier Every Time!

I've used TurboTax for several years now. Every year it's been more and more user-friendly. This years entry process was the fastest yet. I look forward to continued improvements.
What's great about it: Fast, Simple, Well-Organized
What's not so great: Still won't do all the work for me.

I've been using TurboTax since 2007 and it has been great. We switched from a Tax Accountant who kept making mistakes that cost us in penalties. No so with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, steps you through it
What's not so great: Haven't found any

The only tax software I will ever use!

I have used Turbotax for at least the last ten years and have never been disappointed. It's easily the best way to make what could be a difficult experience as easy as possible. I have used both the online service and desktop software with no issues, ever. Follow the prompts and plug in the numbers- it's that simple. Five stars all the way!

2012 My Refund

I have used TurboTax for approx. 6 years and each year it gets easier to file my taxes. The software prompts you for answers and gives you ideas to check back over your year to see if you have a deduction or income that you need to report. That is very helpful and it is great that you also have the figures from the previous year to look back on. The only negative is that it is sometimes hard to find the worksheets and forms that are not sent to the irs.
