Fearless

I've always be as fearful of filing taxes as going to the dentist. I've had bad experiences in the past with self-filed returns so I usually pay a pro to do them. Turbo Tax took the fear and uncertainty out of the process. I really loved the step-by-step guidance. I did my joint return plus my daughter's and oldest son's returns along with my deceased mother's return. Thank you for making this fast, easy, painless and peaceful!
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: Can't see calculations

Enables the Procrastinator

I've been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember and I swear it gets easier every year! Being a consummate procrastinator I don't know what I would do without TurboTax. But with TurboTax I can calmly sit down at the computer, load the updates, import our previous return, follow the step-by-step guide and.... Tada!! Done, with an hour and a half to spare even. Thank you TurboTax!

Fast and easy to use. Automation of importing the W-2's is wonderful.
What's great about it: Corrects your errors. Easy to use. Really like the import of the W-2 forms

I have been using turbo tax for over 15 years and it remains the best way to keep my sanity when doing my taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, year to year carry over of info makes doing taxes a breeze
What's not so great: not many at all

Really easy, as long as you have all the doc's. It can be a problem if you don't. I usually find IF I keep everything together, it's a snap; this year was..

Better than HR Block online

I was not sure if I could use my employer 401K as a write-off.
