Like the program, I use Tax-Wise on my day job, but in I like the q & a in TT. Going back to earlier information can be a little awkward, some sort of flow chart might make the process easier.
What's great about it: I like the flow and clarity.
What's not so great: Need to simplify contribution flow, especially with many items

Easy to use!

Overall excellent program. I've been using it for years, makes filing taxes quick and easy.
What's great about it: Step by step guide. Made it easy.
What's not so great: Didn't like the charge for filing the state return!!!

All in One Day

When transferring values to State returns, calculations appear and don't give you a hint where in the Federal Return they reference back to. Trying to check that it uses the correct values is often tendious and confusing. A simple reference such as "From Federal Employee business expenses" or "From Federal form line 26" would be helpful.
What's great about it: easy step by step, good instructions
What's not so great: state tax referrals back to Federal not always clear.

I was able to quickly prepare and file my taxes at the last minute.
What's not so great: Uncertainty with capital gains that needed to be assigned to someone else

Very Helpful

I was excited to get more back than I thought I would. Using turbo tax I was able to get more back. I have always used turbo tax each year for my files. I will continue to use turbo tax
What's great about it: Got more back then expected
What's not so great: Wishing more deductibles
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Great Program

I love this program, my life have gone thru several changes (military, civilian, kids, divorce and remarriage) and for the last 10 years it has been able to guide me.
I am really happy with this program
What's great about it: Easy to understand, transfer all my info from my previous return
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and Easy

Turbo Tax was by far the easiest, fastest and least costly way to do taxes I have ever experienced. Recommend it to everyone. I will not go to another "Tax Professional" or "Tax prepare compamy" again.
