Better than ever

I had not used tubotax in over ten years. It was good in the past, but now it is even better. It did a better job than the tax service that I had been using for many years.
What's great about it: Simple

Turbo Tax 2012

Overall, the program is user-frendly and easy to use. This year I waited until the last day to complete my taxes. I knew I would have to pay, but the program offerred a variey of ways to held decrease my overall tax base. I will most likely use this program again next year, I just won't wait until April 15th!
What's great about it: The program gives you step by step instructions
What's not so great: On certain parts of the program if you needed to use the "back" button you lost previous entered information

I have been using TurboTax for many years and it is easyer to use with each new version. Your programmers do a very good job of what the user likes for inputting data and work flow. I know as I was an IT manager for a AS400 shop.
What's great about it: Good flow of entry of data.
What's not so great: Reference to last years data inputed when amounts questioned

I am no tax GENIUS! But using turbo tax...made me look and feel like I knew what I was doing. I'd hate to say this, but you guys (and of course, gals# "barney -ed my taxes for me. Thank you so much for making this software!!! YOU GUYS ROCK THE PARTY. #Gonna throw a party after I get this refund back! ) Thank you again so much.
What's great about it: I can walk away when i need a break
What's not so great: Nothing that i can think about right now
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use, even when itemizing deductions. walks you through the details step by step. Great program!!
