Finished at last!

I'm still looking for the addition of handling extension filing better and it would be so beneficial to have a "What if" application especially for states such as Ohio when sometimes it is more beneficial to file Married but Separate in order to get the maximum refund or pay less.
What's great about it: TurboTax is thorough and quick
What's not so great: I wish it had an application which would permit "What if" scenarios.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This has to be about the eighth or ninth year I've used Turbo Tax. I would not keep coming back if it were not useful.
What's great about it: Easy file for me and my companion
What's not so great: State filing addresses not supplied easily

I am a minister and clergy taxes are notoriously difficult. Before getting Turbo Tax I always used an accountant and always ended up paying. With Turbo tax I have been able to get a refund regularly with just one year owing, and that was because I messed up my estimated payment schedule. I use Turbo Tax to figure that out now and it works perfectly.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Decent price.
What's not so great: Nothing

Always can rely on Turbotax

We have been using Turbo Tax for the past three years and we love doing our tax on our own. Turbo Tax has easy guided prompts to walk you through the process. you don't have to deal with going to an agency or cpa/accountant. You can do it in the comfort of your home. If you need to gather information you can save and continue once you have all your imformation to complete your taxes
We love it and will continue to use the system for our taxes to come.

Experience with TurboTax

TurboTax is excellent. It did have a challenge with the UT state law regarding selling a house but was able to figure it out after that. Other than that, TurboTax makes tax a pretty simple proces.
What's great about it: Easy to use and assists in taking advantage of new tax laws.
What's not so great: I have a difficult and frustrating time with UT state tax.

I was disappointed that the program did not pick up as much of my information from my last return, such as employer information and charities that have not changed, including addresses, etc. I thought this had been a feature in years past. Also, I was horrified by the huge credit card fee that was going to be charged. If I'd wanted to pay that money, I'd go to a CPA. Decided to direct debit, but this will cost me in higher interest rates from a line of credit I had to access. I would have preferred the points. Happy that e-file worked since it is almost 10pm on 4-15.
What's great about it: STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL
What's not so great: DIDN'T IMPORT ALL INFO AND CC FEE TOO HIGH

I'd REALLy like it if it would import from my other TurboTax products (K1, etc..), but all in all a relatively painless experience, except, of course, for the doing it at all part.
What's great about it: Love the step-by-step, relatively easy
What's not so great: Doesn't import from Business K-1

Love Turbo Tax!

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and I love it. It is so convienent and easy to use. It is very user friendly and walks you step by step through everything! Would highly recommend this product to anyone!
