Easy as 1-2-3 for the umptenth year in a row!!!

Have used Turbo Tax now for many years. It gets easier each year. Wish had quick overview/suggestions of changes in tax laws which might directly affect me based on some standard questions. Otherwise love it!!!
What's great about it: Now that I am a pro. Only takes 3 to 4 hours to complete.
What's not so great: No Quick find on state energy credits to confirm not available

I have used TurboTax for 5 tax cycles now. The first four I used the online edition. This year I went out and bought a copy of the softwear at a local retailer (on 4/15) because, the online system would lock down after I had logged in. After 4 plus weeks of fighting/ reconfiguring my systems security features on my days off, I gave up. It was a pain to try to dig out last years tax info, which would have transfered automatically if I was using the online editon. I found out that the softwear (packaged & online) do not transfer data between the two forms after I had installed the packaged format. This was a pain. The packaged softwear would not acknowledge last years returns even after I had pulled the files up on the hard drive. So, I got to read thru my 2011 return to fill in the required spaces on my 2012 forms. (sigh) The main reason I started using TurboTax was because I wanted a system that carried this information over, each year. I can only hope in the next nine months that this problem is corrected. I will not go through this next year. If I get repeatedly locked out (while doing my 2013 taxes), I will go elsewhere.
What's great about it: Straight forward entry
What's not so great: The online system has been 'freezing' for the last 4 weeks, not letting me into my account.

Another Turbo Tax Refund!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 5 years to file my 1040. It is very easy, you just have to have all your information ready. It transfers your information from prior years return, it walks you though all of the steps and if you have questions, it is very easy to find answers. All the forms you need are printed and you information is easily e-filed.
What's great about it: Information transferred from prior year return, you just answer questions, all forms printed for you, less expensive
What's not so great: Updates take a little while

This is my first time using TurboTax in about five years. A lot has changed in that amount of time. I like the way I don't have to fill in numerous forms for the same information over and over and TurboTax was able to explain what I needed to do. I also like the ability to select an answer and move forward and then if I found I was wrong I could easily backtrack and fix it.
What's great about it: I did my federal and two state returns all in one sitting
What's not so great: I can't think of any

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will continue to do so. It is a good product and would recommend it. The ease of filing is terrific and the filling in of forms is the key selling point for me.
What's great about it: All forms were generated
What's not so great: Info on state return for NJ was sparse

Overall, a great product and well though out interface. Need to tighten around deductions, etc.
What's great about it: Easy, Friendly and Great Usability
What's not so great: I almost missed Sales Tax deduction. It did not warn me

Turbo Tax is great!! Fast convenient and very helpful in explaining all the options to get the biggest refund. Very easy and quick!!!
