Horrible support for moving to a new state

It is very confusing what TurboTax questions correspond to which IRS document lines.
When using Turbo Tax for a state return when I was a partial-year resident, Turbo Tax assumed that all capital gains belong on both states' returns and there was no way to delete transaction that did not belong on a state return.
What's not so great: The support for moving to a new state is horrible

A Committed Relationship

I have used Turbotax for years and find it reliable and user friendly. I became committed when I went to a tax preparer's office with my information and they came up with the same amounts in their office that I came up with at home. Money well spent.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: Updates are insanely long

I you are employed and have simple tax filing this is great. Not sure about if you own a business or other complications.
I had a NOL form 2011 and had a hard time finding where to fit it in.

Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I really enjoy the ease of use of the system and how it allows you to go back and enter more information as you remember or find it.
What's great about it: Easy to understand language
What's not so great: Business expense section could use some work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Rules on casualty losses should be included. User should not be required to get this from IRS.

Turbo Tax--Last minute Sanity Saver

I have been ill, and not up to taking care of business. Thanks to Turbo Tax, I was able to file, last minute, with Turbo Tax seemingly holding my hand and walking me through it step by step.
What's great about it: Walked me through the last minute hassles

It was really helpful for me to complete it my own pace. Would like to see more integration with other bank like BOFA and may be some foregin banks as well like ICICI
What's great about it: It guided me through all the options and provided descriptions about them
