More Money, More Money, More Money

I have used TurboTax for many years and have always been pleased with the outcome. This year I really thought we would owe more than we did. I'm sure I would not have found all the deductions we were entitled to without your program. Thank you very much. :)
What's great about it: Love the follow through of all the questions.
What's not so great: Didn't find anything that was bad.

Turbo Tax Just Keeps Getting Better

I've Used Turbo Tax For 6 Years And It Just Keeps Getting Better And Easier To Use, Anyone Who's Paying To Get Their Tax Return Done Is Just Wasting Their Money.
What's great about it: Anyone Can Use It And You Can Do Multiple Returns.
What's not so great: I Haven't Found One In 6 Years

If you have previously filed using TurboTax it is very easy to step through the program. First time users can expect to spend more time going through the steps. All in all it is a very helpful program and very quick if you have all your documents together and have filed using it before. It looks at all the itemization you did before and skips parts you didn't use before, making it quick to fill out.
What's great about it: it's very easy if you have filed thru TurboTax before
What's not so great: It's a little clunky if this is your first time using it (at least i found that with the 2010 TT)

Works for me, year after year

I've used TurboTax for many years and don't see how I could do without it. There are great help links and live help available, along with helpful videos and explanations. I've never had an error or worried about my return being 100% correct. I don't think I've missed a deduction either--as long as I take the time to follow the interview process and answer the questions. Quick and easy!
What's great about it: Interview process is great! No hassles; saves info year to year

TurboTax rocks!

This is the 6th year we've used Turbo Tax for our return and every year it's been easy to file. We especially like that from year to year it pulls data from previous year and auto populates the current return. Makes the data input VERY easy!
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow and it pulls data from previous year

after I complete the taxes I have to go to forms to understand what I have done. so I feel good about my review of the taxes i prepare.
What's great about it: Get your information, and just walk down the TT path.
What's not so great: more in depth explanations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
