I use Turbo Tax year after year. It explains everything I need to know, easy to use and file. Even when you wait until the last day :)
What's great about it: Quick, easy, even my husband could do it!

Love TurboTax. It is so thorough and makes filing your taxes a breeze! I prefer this to going to an accountant.. The price is right too!
What's great about it: So convenient and easy! Takes the guesswork out of completing worsheets.

I've used Turbo Tax for years... it's very easy to use and I recommend this software to beginners onto advanced users.

Federal is ok but...

I have been a Turbo Tax user for several years now. But disappointed this year - one, the software did not ask for real estate taxes credited at sale of my home. I happened to think of it.
Second, the local return calculated within the software is different from what the city online calculation comes up with. If I had filed the paper return from TT, I would be in trouble. I must confess I have kind of lost faith in TT this year.

I'm always wondering if I've done it right because the steps are so clear and easy to follow. I've used TurboTax for eight or nine years now, and the process has always been painless and usually saved me more money than I anticipated. Thanks!
